Brings back such great memories of my visit to Paris and the view from the hotel room.
I have just signed up and am thoroughly enjoying your blogs. Keep them coming. Open up my computer each day looking for your next gem. Thanks.
Your Chambre de Bonne brings back wonderful memories of my last trip to Paris, we had a similar view and also sketched it, at night a man would put out his shoes on the window sill to air
out for his next working day, he lived on the top floor.
Thanks for sharing with us, so stimulating for all artists.
You have captured something from my past. My ‘chambre that I lived in in 1985-6. 16, ave. Colonel de Bonnet, 75016 (6th floor). Looking forward to some more views of Paris 🙂
Feels like I’m right there, Shari. Who need Kodak!
Hope you are OK after your mis-adventures.

That’s a very funny story Elaine. I love the image of the shoes.
A familiar site for my husband and me too – don’t you love how people cheer their tiniest balconies with flowers? Helen.
I love the balconies Helen. I would love to sketch a few more of these.
