In the distance
Posted: January 21, 2012 Filed under: Uncategorized 5 CommentsLast time I went to the farm at Macdonald College I noticed the silhouette of John Abbott College in the distance across the frozen cornfield. So I went back there today but I had the sun in my eyes. And it was really hard to keep my feet warm. The cold wind blows right across those fields and right through my car.

I know you’re really suffering for your art, but I want you to know I really appreciate seeing the results. I love the patterns and lines in this, along with the dynamic composition and those clear colors. Thank you!
Thanks Vicky. I’m not really suffering, just takes me a while to warm up when I get home. I appreciate having the time to do this every day so that more than makes up for the cold.
Love the power lines (and cast shadows)… stay warm!
Fantastic! Great colours and composition.
I love this one… “everyday” subject captured with beautiful painting style. You are managing to capture so many of these “everyday” subjects and give them a special life. Also, the one-point perspective really draws the eye into the scene.
Keep up the great work, Shari.
