Chives
Posted: May 8, 2013 Filed under: Uncategorized 14 CommentsAfter a really busy period of work and school I’m finding it a challenge to change gears and slow down. I’ve almost forgotten what it’s like to really take the time to draw slowly without feeling like I have to be somewhere in seven minutes. Continuing along yesterday’s vein of really looking at lines and contours, I picked a mess of chives to draw. Totally calming.

Wonderful simplicity! : )
Thanks Julie!

And you can eat your model (or just nibble on her!)
I will just have to Lee.
After a very demanding, exhausting far, this was very Zen-like. I must add that it is well done, as well.
Sorry auto correct anticipated a different word. I had meant day.
Thanks Verla. I figured you meant that.
I often don’t see those auto correct errors, especially on my phone.
Hope you have a better day today!
That’s beautiful!
Thanks Bev!
Love this!
Thanks Britta!
Beautiful! I also have a pot of chives growing on my back deck. A wonderful addition to almost every meal!
Thanks Jennifer. Enjoy the chives!
